Principal Accountabilities: 1. To provide high quality, concise information on the state of control and risk in the business 2. To promote the idea of broad and balanced control and risk 3. To be at the forefront of audit and business risk management methodologies 4. To provide clear, consistent and concise reporting 5. To maintain most recent changes in accounting, tax, economy and other relevant information needed for business risk assessment and audit. 6. To participate in the project if needed. 7. To provide in depth service in consulting if needed. Qualification General • Good understanding of all departments within the Company and of the business. • Able to travel both local and overseas Personal Skills * Good management and interpersonal skills. * Good ability to deal with all levels of staff. Technical Background * A thorough working knowledge of the audit function. * Good economic and financial knowledge. * Good analytical capacity. * Minimum 3 years of audit experience in leading Accounting firm * Industrial experience is preferred. * University degree * Fluent English is a must. (level 9 out of 10) * Computer literate, with strong skills of words, excel and powerpoint. Compensation & Benefit • A salary will be structured to attract the qualified candidate. This will be competitive with the top-ranked multi national companies. • Yearly bonus - average 15% of base salary • W300,000 support on cellular phone purchasing (one time only) and W100,000 support on its monthly charge • W300,000 monthly car allowance • W1,700,000 of flexible benefit
